WE LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING TO KNOW YOU

The Engage Physical Therapy Difference
Historically, medicine has taken a very biomedical approach to treatment, meaning we focus on illness instead of health, and look for single causes for the illness instead of contributing factors. Sometimes there is value to this approach, but often it can lead to overmedicalization, unnecessary treatments, increased risk, and higher costs. An episode of conservative care at Engage Physical Therapy costs less, reduces visits to various healthcare providers, partners with you, and looks at the whole person, not just a body part.
We would be honored to be your partner in your health & wellness care.
We are a team of physical therapists with over 30 years of experience in the health profession, with a passion for helping you get back to doing what is meaningful and important to you.
By understanding your history, concerns, needs, and expectations, we can work together to attain your goals.
Our Values
Engage was created so we can provide best practices in conjunction with individualized care for you - as a unique individual - with unique needs. We believe that knowledge truly is empowering. Understanding the contributors to your pain, what it means, and what we can do to change that, aids in the recovery process in an efficient and effective manner. But equally, if not more important is listening to you and what your expectations and goals are.
We are passionate about keeping up with current best practice. We feel strongly that we have to change with the changes and maintain a more modern approach to management as we continue to learn about pain, and new research on specific conditions like arthritis, tendonitis, neurodegenerative diseases and many more.
Lastly, we are proponent of lifelong attention to healthy aging, (at any age), with focus on better quality of life.
